John R Dean Constructions Pty Ltd named a WINNER at the 2017 HIA-CSR NSW Housing Awards
On Saturday night, 14th October 2017 we attended the prestigious HIA-CSR NSW Housing Awards night which was nothing short of spectacular! The night itself was organised, entertaining and certainly a lot of fun with dancing to finish off a wonderful night!
The highlight of the night was the moment that John R Dean Constructions was named the winner of our chosen category - Renovations/Additions $200,001 - $600,000 which was fantastic. So when our name was called out as the winner of the very coveted award of HIA-CSR NSW Housing Awards Project of the Year we were stunned and extremely humbled! We could not have asked for more and by winning this award, it recognises the hard work put into this project by Anthony Dean and his team, but to also recognise the ideas and architectural plans that were meticulously drawn by Daniel Sutton of Precision Planning, the lead designer in this renovation/addition project.
We certainly want to make mention of the other very worthy finalists in our category and to thank the HIA (Housing Industry Association) for a fantastic night that will not be forgotten!
